Getting Started

Avoid the spam folder to reach the inbox
Here's what you need to know to get straight to your subscribers' inboxes, instead of getting trapped in
the email ether.
Avoiding Spam Filters
Spam Complaint Prevention
There are several common—and easily avoidable—issues that can make an honest email newsletter look like spam. First and foremost, watch out for spammy content. This includes writing in ALL CAPS, using salesy subject lines, and pasting in one giant image instead of including actual text.

Broken HTML code can also cause spam filtering issues, which is why you should test, test, and then test again before sending a campaign. Once you learn how spam filters think, you’ll be better prepared to send emails that stay out of junk filters.
